How to Make Homemade Egg Noodles

I am the one who really like to eat egg noodle!

One amazong thing you have to know now is homemade egg noodle is very easy to do it yourself!!

No need for the machine but the machine can let your job to be a lot more easily!!!

Now and here – your all in one guide for making the best homemade noodles.

Basically, you need only 5 ingredients to make noodle. They’re bread flour, sodium bicarbonate, salt, water and eggs.

Here’s the recipe :

  • Bread flour 400g
  • 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
  • Water 200g
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

How to Make Homemade Egg Noodles

Firstly , just mix all 5 ingredients above all together. By dissolve sodium bicarbonate and salt in water first (separate dissolve). And then mixing all together. You can mix them by your hands or using machine… Until it’s look like picture below…


Once you got the dough look like my picture, you have to cover the dough with plastic or plate…leave it about 30 minutes.


Then roll out the dough to be thin plate…hmm maybe it called flat sheets ( I use machine) …


Ok. Now it’s nearly finish. The last process is cutting flat sheets dough to be noodle or in Europe it called spaghetti 🙂
